A friendship so pure, a thought so true!
A relation so cool, a sense so secure!
You really are why I believe in friendship so strong,
Its strange people don't know how beautiful this love is,
Which we'll carry happily, lifelong!

The Birthday Countdown!

Foodie!
10th is the day I met you!
Food is what we wanted to go!
Nevertheless did we know,
Food will not mean just food, but much more!

Food O Food, not sure what ll we do without you!
Coz our talks are food and we are probably nothing without you!

Coffee!
A mild cup of coffee with a hint of cinnamon,
That's what you loved, that's what I know!
But I think adding friendship to that cup,
Gives you a smile that glows!

With your claim that accounted to the "Town's best hot coffee", people got frenzy!
Little less they know that the love they added made us crazy!

It isn't a bad crime, a good one for sure,
For you are a criminal, way awesome than others!

The creepiness for the love of language,
I can relate very well!
Stupid grammar, error, mistakes just take a toll we can't take!

We get crazy with the tenses!
We freak out to the two negatives!
We react to the mad prepositions!
Coz we love English and so we do correct it!

One of a kind known elements!
Being friends with you, m sure of their choice!
Coz you are a person worth being a friend, and I am living in paradise!

Funny connections, interesting companies
You have them all at your discord!
A probable reason for this feeling is coz you are a person class apart!

Being Friends With You!

Know how it is,
To be friends!
Know how it is,
To be in love!

I met you the other day, having nothing on my mind!
And after having met, only you cloud my time!
My day starts with you, ends besides!
My thoughts have you, and hence my lines!

Sometimes in days, we are away,
But the very next time, we are better anyway!
Some days are like we want to stay,
But then we can't, coz it doesn't work that way!

Being friends with you, is like a life!
Knowing you, is like a strife!
Being friends with you gives patience!
For there's nobody who got that in me!
Being friends with you makes me understand!
For I would never think for those trivial times!

Being friends with you, just has nothing so different!
But being friends with you is the best gift!

This year and times ahead,
I find myself always by you!
2014 was just another year,
It became special when I found you!

Trooping over my mind, boggling my heart,
Thinking about us in times and wanting to never be apart!

Wondering how I will, how I can,
Ever thank you for this part of my life!

Even the few minutes of wrath,
Could pull out my mind!
Keeping mum was a way,
To not think of that time!

It takes not only my courage,

It just makes me realize more n more,

I have a story, a thought to say
About a friend with whom I sway!
I kid him like crazy, I shout on him like hell
But nothing deters me from loving him as well!

In my worst of moods, in my happiest times,
I think of no one, but you!
When I plan or plot for the future times,
I think of no one, but you!

When it is you, I just let go my life
Coz when you handle mine, it is always well!
Be it my poetry or my prose or play
I rely on you to tame it like your own spell!

I am enchanted with the way you smile
I am enthralled by the way you think!
It is your aura around,
For people enjoy to cling!

For me personally, my delight and grin
My smile, my cheeriness and my beam
It is all somewhere or the other having you
And besides yourself, is finding me within!

A gift so true, I found in you!
A heart so pure, that beats for you!
My life wonders how, I believe so much in you!
But you made me feel like no one before!

The drops of rain bring me a grin,
For they fall down carving a tune within!
They sing a song talking of you,
They make me realize my true within!

"Hum Tum"

"... And then my man came on the royal ride, my knight in shining armor." Thump! I feel down my bed. Hitting my head hard, scratching my forehead, I got up realizing I slept for straight 10hours.

Gathering my sanity, I got up from the floor quickly. It was pretty late and I had to meet this person, whom I never had even talked to before. I know it sounds weird, but then if you don't do weird, you never know the normal or even find one. And as a fact, more the weird, more the fun. Ah well, I needed to rush.

I moved quick n fast coz punctuality is what I follow and expect as well. "8:30 sharp" was the plan of action. I was hurrying coz already I was late, making up to the place at 8:35. And lo, I made it relatively early coz there were no signs of him for next 20mins. 'Minus 1!' I made up my calculations quickly.

And then comes him, a new face altogether. And I din't realize that I am going to spend my first ever first meet for nearly 5hrs; all chitter-chatter with this completely new guy, paving way to a new chapter in life all by itself. Okay so a 'Plus 5!' had to be there. Off to a great start.

Two things which stroke with us were good food love and love to talk love. We have had the best of foods together. We have had all the gossip in the World; and still not over with them.

The best part about being with him is the amazing levels of comfort in all possible ways. Be it the coffee and a catch up, no formalities is the cliché. Don't have to have a reason to meet coz we never had reasons to be friends either.

We have nothing in common, not a story, not a past, not the academics and not even the destined careers. But what we have in common is adoring each other. That twinkling smile which eventually has a power to solve every stupid, trivial or grave problem in my life is one of the best aspects of being friends with him. A someone who eventually has a way out for my smiles. I have had my happy, sad, frown, smirk; almost everything vented out to him. And we still have so much so to explore with life that we know we have miles to go together.

People around find it a point of relentlessly making stories about us. But do we care? Not at all! Coz I know what we are. You don't have to be in 'love' love to have a relationship so awesome. For ‘Us’ even a 'friends' love tides over more n better than the 'love' love did.

"Not everyone can touch your heart, the very way you did!
Not everyone can be so important, as you are!
Not everyone can trouble you, like I do!
And Not anyone can do things in a way we do!"

When I revisit my dream, I realize, Knight in an armor need not be a man of all awesomeness. Sometimes a tricky, not so knighty, simple, subtle, loving, cute, funny, smiley, freaky, and an amazing partner in crime can really suffice the dream story in a much much better n awesomely beautiful way.
